The three-stage emulsification pump is an efficient and high-precision fluid mixing and emulsification equipment. The core adopts a three-stage emulsification head series structure design. Through step-by-step refinement, strong shearing, high-frequency impact and homogeneous emulsification, the water phase, oil phase and additives are fully integrated to achieve uniform dispersion and emulsification effect at the nanometer or micrometer level. It is widely used in biomedicine, food and beverage, cosmetics, fine chemicals, new materials and other fields, especially in the production process with high requirements on emulsification granularity, stability and uniformity. It is the core key equipment for preparing lotion, cream, suspension, nano slurry and other products.
Adopting a modular and detachable three-stage series emulsifying head, each stage of the stator and rotor is made of high-precision stainless steel material, which has been precision machined and mirror polished. The gap can be precisely adjusted according to the working conditions (0.05-0.2mm optional), adapting to the emulsification needs of different materials:
Primary fixed rotor: designed with large clearance and wide flow channel, responsible for coarse mixing and preliminary crushing, with large processing capacity, high efficiency, and reduced equipment load.

Pump body and chamber: Made of 304/316L stainless steel precision casting, the internal flow channel of the chamber is optimized by fluid mechanics, with no retention zone, in compliance with GMP/food grade hygiene standards, easy to clean and sterilize
Mechanical seal: Standard mechanical seal (material options include hard alloy/silicon carbide+polytetrafluoroethylene), with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and no leakage characteristics, suitable for emulsification conditions of high viscosity, particle containing, and corrosive materials, with a temperature range of -10 ℃~180 ℃.
Feeding and discharging interfaces: Standard sanitary grade quick release clamps/flange interfaces, compatible with standardized pipeline connections, easy to disassemble and assemble, meeting the hygiene requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries. DN25-DN100 caliber can be customized according to needs.
Cooling/temperature control system: optional cavity jacket, supporting cold water/hot water/steam cycle temperature control, accurately controlling the temperature of the emulsification process (suitable for -10 ℃~150 ℃), avoiding high-temperature deterioration of materials, and suitable for emulsification of heat sensitive materials (such as biological agents, essence and spices).
