During operation, the rotor rotates uncontrollably under the drive of the synchronous gearbox, creating a negative pressure vacuum environment on the feed inlet side and sucking the medium into the pump chamber; As the rotor continues to rotate, the sealed volume chamber gradually moves towards the discharge port, and the volume continuously decreases, generating squeezing thrust on the medium and smoothly discharging the medium from the pump body.

The entire conveying process is pulsation free, low shear, and has a constant volume. It can stably transport high viscosity, particle containing, and shear sensitive pharmaceutical media, and there is no retention inside the pump chamber, meeting the process requirements of CIP online cleaning and SIP online sterilization in the pharmaceutical industry, eliminating medium residue and cross contamination, and ensuring compliance throughout drug production.
