Top mounted vertical operation: The emulsifying head extends into the tank, and the high-speed rotor (variable frequency speed regulation) generates strong centrifugal force. The material is sucked into the precision gap (0.2-0.5mm) of the fixed rotor in both directions (axial and radial);

Multi gravity field effect: The material is instantly subjected to shear, friction, centrifugal compression, and liquid flow collision in the gap, and the droplets/particles are rapidly torn and refined to the micrometer or even nanometer level;

Turbulent circulation inside the tank: After processing, the material is ejected at high speed through the stator teeth slot, forming three-dimensional turbulence, and repeatedly circulating until reaching the preset particle size (injection grade d90 ≤ 1 μ m, nanoemulsion ≤ 200nm);

Vacuum collaboration: Integrated vacuum system (≤ 10mbar), synchronized removal of bubbles, avoiding oxidation and defects in finished products.

Core parameters: The rotor has a linear velocity of 18-40m/s, generating a linear velocity of at least 15m/s or more at the outer end of the high-speed rotating rotor, which can reach 40m/s, and forming strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, liquid layer friction, and impact tearing. Fully disperse, emulsify, homogenize, crush, and simultaneously inject the material through the stator slot.
