Description :

The self-priming pump relies on a special liquid storage structure in the pump chamber and the vacuum negative pressure generated by the rotation of the impeller. Before starting, it can automatically eliminate the air in the pipeline without the need for liquid injection, achieving rapid self-priming. During operation, the high-speed rotation of the impeller creates a vortex and pressure difference in the pump chamber, which sucks the material into the pump body from a low position, long distance, or no full liquid state, and stably delivers it to the discharge end. After shutdown, a certain amount of liquid can be retained in the pump chamber to ensure that it still has self-priming ability during the next start-up, solving the pain points of ordinary centrifugal pumps that are prone to cavitation, require pumping, and cannot dry suction.

Sanitary grade structural design

The whole machine is made of 304/316L stainless steel refining, with no weld dead corners or retention grooves in contact with the material. The inner and outer walls are polished with mirror finish, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.4~0.8 μ m, non adhesive, non residue, and easy to clean, meeting the requirements of CIP online cleaning and SIP high-temperature sterilization.

Strong self-priming performance

The self-priming height can reach 4-6 meters, and there is no need to inject liquid during start-up. It can operate dry for a short period of time without damaging the seal, making it suitable for complex working conditions such as tank bottom residual liquid recovery, pipeline emptying, and low-level suction.

Adopting a sanitary grade machine seal, the structure is compact, resistant to acid and alkali, high temperature, and not easy to leak. It can adapt to frequent start stop and cleaning sterilization environments, with simple maintenance and long service life.

The import and export come standard with sanitary grade quick release clamp connections, which are easy to disassemble and assemble, facilitating pipeline cleaning, relocation, and modification, and comply with the clean installation standards of pharmaceutical workshops.
