The motor drives the impeller inside the pump body to rotate at high speed, creating a negative pressure environment at the center of the pump chamber. The medium is sucked into the pump chamber through a sanitary inlet; The medium gains kinetic energy under the drive of the impeller blades and is thrown out radially along the impeller to the volute flow channel. The kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy in the flow channel and finally discharged stably through the outlet; The pump body adopts a self draining structure design, which can achieve the emptying of the medium, eliminate the breeding of residual microorganisms, and fully meet the sterile transportation requirements of pharmaceutical production.

1. Key component specifications

Impeller: Adopting an open/semi open precision structure, it has undergone high-precision dynamic balance verification above G6.3 level, running smoothly without vibration, low shear, and no grooves or dead corners, avoiding medium retention and effectively protecting active substances such as proteins and vaccines from damage.

• Pump casing: The streamlined snail shell is designed in an integrated manner, using seamless welding technology, with no threaded connection or additional gaskets. The bottom is equipped with a self draining port, which can empty any residue inside the pump and meet the requirements of CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization.

Mechanical seal: Standard sanitary grade single/double end mechanical seals, with silicon carbide (SiC) material as the sealing surface, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, no powder loss, zero leakage, and can withstand high temperature SIP sterilization at 121-135 ℃ to prevent external pollution. The sealing gasket is made of pharmaceutical grade materials such as EPDM, FKM, PTFE, etc., with no leaching and high temperature sterilization resistance, in compliance with the EU 1935/2004 food contact material standard.

• Connection interface: Adopting standard interfaces such as ISO 2852 quick release clamps, DIN 11851 sanitary flanges, and sterile threads, it is easy to disassemble and assemble without the need for professional tools, facilitating daily cleaning, maintenance, and verification, and adapting to the pharmaceutical industry standard pipeline layout.

2. Material and surface treatment

Overcurrent components: All are forged from 304/316L stainless steel, with a carbon content of ≤ 0.03%, strong corrosion resistance, no heavy metal precipitation, and comply with USP Class VI and FDA 21CFR standards. The material can be traced throughout the entire process.

Non overcurrent components: made of SUS304 stainless steel, balancing hygiene performance and structural stability. The outer surface is treated with matte sandblasting, free of burrs and easy to clean.

Surface roughness: The inner surface of the overcurrent component is treated with electrolytic polishing (EP), with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m, no retention surface, and inhibition of microbial biofilm growth, meeting the requirements of high cleanliness level in pharmaceuticals.

The entire product design, production, and testing process complies with pharmaceutical GMP standards, and can provide a complete set of compliance documents such as material certification, cleaning verification reports, IQ/OQ/PQ installation and operation verification.
