After removing impurities, walnut kernels are soaked in a dilute NaOH solution, peeled, ground, mixed with an appropriate amount of sugar, stabilizer, and purified water, and then subjected to high-pressure homogenization and sterilization to obtain walnuts. This method effectively preserves the original protein, trace elements, vitamins, and other nutrients in walnuts, resulting in a white and fragrant taste. It is a new method for deep processing of walnuts. Its characteristic is that the process method is: walnut → shell breaking → walnut kernel → impurity removal → peeling → rinsing → rough grinding → fine grinding → batching → homogenization → filling → sterilization → cooling → inspection → finished product.
