1. One filling:

The early operation was to add syrup and treated water in a certain proportion to the secondary ingredient tank and stir evenly, then cool and carbonize before filling. Large capacity secondary ingredient tanks are required, and hygiene is difficult to ensure. For large continuous production lines, quantitative mixing methods are often adopted: treating water and blending syrup are continuously mixed in a certain proportion, compressed with carbon dioxide gas, and filled. Usually equipped with a cooler or a cooling carbonizer inside the mixer. At present, synchronous electric mixers are commonly used.
Advantages: The ratio of syrup to water is accurate, and the filling capacity is easy to control; When the filling capacity changes, there is no need to change the proportion, and the product quality is consistent; When filling, the temperature of syrup and water should be consistent, with fewer bubbles, and the content of CO2 gas should be easily controlled and stable; The product quality is stable, with sufficient gas content and fast production speed. 2. Secondary filling:

3. Combination filling:
Especially for carbonated drinks made from fruit pulp, the general one-time filling method is used to combine various machines. When filling carbonated drinks with meat juice, a bypass is installed on the blending machine to pump the blended syrup into another pipeline in proportion without mixing with water. It is directly sent to the end of the blending machine and mixed with carbonated water using a pump and control system.
