      2. Refining stage of soybean milk: use hot water above 80 ℃, in which 0.25% is added, and the water volume is 8-10 times of the dry weight of soybean. Use a separating mill for grinding to separate the slurry from the soybean residue.

      3. Degassing stage: soybean milk is sterilized by high temperature deodorizer, and instant sterilization at 100~110 ℃ can kill pathogenic bacteria and bacteria, destroy undesirable factors, inactivate fat oxidase, urease and other components, and achieve the effect of removing the fishy smell of soybean milk.

Micro separation unit: The main purpose of this machine is to further refine the coarse crushed soybean liquid through ultrafine grinding, and then separate the slurry from the soybean residue by a slurry separator, and then send it to the mixing and batching system by a feeding pump. Main features of this machine: Due to the use of ultrafine grinding and centrifugal separation, the recovery and extraction rates of solids and proteins can be improved, making the soy milk base more delicate.

      5. Mixing ingredient system: The main purpose of this system is to add various auxiliary materials such as sugar, nutrients, seasonings, etc. to the separated soy milk base material in the mixing tank for stirring and preheating for sterilization.

      6. Ultra high temperature sterilization and deodorization unit: The main purpose of this machine is to perform ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization and depressurization deodorization on soy milk base materials, making soy milk fragrant and sterile. Features of this machine: Due to the use of ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization method, it can achieve the goal of killing bacteria and heat-resistant bacteria in soy milk while reducing protein denaturation. The use of vacuum deodorization method can remove both bean odor and volatile odors generated during processing, thereby ensuring the high quality of soy milk.

      7. High pressure homogenization system: The main purpose of this system is to use a homogenizer to force the fat globules in sterilized soy milk to be crushed into small particles through tiny valve holes under extreme pressure, and then evenly distributed in the soy milk. Otherwise, the fat tends to aggregate together, increase the surface area, and separate into different oil layers. Homogenization can give soy milk a creamy texture and a more uniform consistency.

      8. Finished soy milk canning system: Secondary sterilization system: Each unit of this system is provided by the user.
