One What is papaya juice:

III Introduction to the production process of papaya juice beverage:
1. Raw material pretreatment: Select fresh, mold free, pest free, and thick nine ripe papaya. Wash it and use a stainless steel knife to peel, cut it in half, and remove the seeds. Use a crusher to crush the papaya petals, then heat the crushed pieces to 90-95 ℃, soften for 8 minutes, and finally use a pulping machine to mash them. Then evenly send the papaya pulp to a colloid mill for pulping treatment.
2. Preparation: Mix papaya juice and additives thoroughly and evenly, heat to 80-85 ℃, keep warm for 2 minutes, and use a vacuum degassing machine for degassing treatment.
3. Homogenization: Flow papaya juice into a high-pressure homogenizer and control the pressure to around 12MPa for high-pressure homogenization treatment, which is beneficial for stable product quality.
4. Sterilization and canning: The homogenized papaya juice is subjected to high-temperature instantaneous sterilization at 121 ℃ for 30 seconds through a heat exchanger. After sterilization, the temperature is maintained below 90 ℃ for automatic canning and sealing, followed by rapid cooling to around 35 ℃.

a. Bottle flushing section:
1. This machine is a rotary bottle washing machine, mainly used for washing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. Then send the bottle to the filling machine for product filling.
2. PET bottles are fed into the equipment by the bottle dividing star wheel, clamped by clamps and flipping mechanisms, and then turned downwards. After rinsing with sterile water and draining, they are automatically flipped upwards and transported to the filling machine by the bottle outlet star wheel. b. Filling section:
1. The filling part realizes the filling of materials into the washed bottles sent by the bottle washing machine.
2. The filling machine is designed by our company, and the filling valve has independent intellectual property rights. It uses the principle of pressure filling and negative pressure reflux.
3. The filling valve adopts a pressure filling negative pressure reflux method, which is fast, sensitive, and has high filling liquid level accuracy. There is no spring inside the valve, and the material does not come into contact with the spring, which is beneficial for cleaning the inside of the valve. To ensure the filling process and temperature, the filling valve keeps the material in a micro reflux state when there are no bottles or when the machine is stopped.
4. The filling cylinder adopts a full cylinder method to ensure stable pressure inside the cylinder.
5. The entire machine has a complete CIP cleaning interface.
6. Adopting a dual guide rod bottle lifting structure to ensure stable bottle lifting and alignment.
7. The main transmission adopts gear transmission and open combination transmission, which has high efficiency, low noise, long service life, easy maintenance, and sufficient lubrication. The main motor speed of the machine is controlled by a frequency converter, and this machine adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation.
8. The bottle guide system has a simple structure and can be quickly and conveniently changed according to the bottle type. The whole machine adopts a bottleneck structure for conveying.

c. Twisting the lid:
1. The capping part will screw the caps sorted by the capping machine onto the bottles that have already been filled with products, and send them to the subsequent process by the conveyor chain.
2. The capping machine drives the rotating disc to rotate through a reducer. Remove the lid from the hopper through the outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative lid separation device at the exit. When the reverse lid passes by, it automatically falls into the return pipeline and is blown into the hopper by wind power. Only the front cover can smoothly enter the slide, and the amount of cover in the hopper is automatically detected by a photoelectric switch to control the cover conveying machine to ensure that the lower cover achieves the desired effect. When the cover enters the slide, it can smoothly enter the feeding cover plate. To prevent accidents, an anti reverse cover dial is also installed on the slide to ensure that the cover entering the feeding cover plate is correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also installed on the slide to immediately stop the host when no cover is detected. In order to effectively remove damaged covers without anti-theft rings and residual covers when cleaning the hopper, there is a movable outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
3. The cap screw is a magnetic cap screw with overload protection function, and the cap screw torque is stable and reliable. There is no phenomenon of gnawing, high lid, crooked lid, or curled edge on the cover.
