Description :

　　1. After receiving the equipment site with electrical, gas, and material (sample) conditions, Party B shall notify Party A's after-sales personnel. Within 72 hours of receiving Party B's notification, Party A shall arrange after-sales personnel to install, debug, and provide guidance on equipment operation at the site, except for remote and inconvenient transportation areas

　　2. Warranty Statement: The main core equipment and components are covered by a 12-month warranty period, except for damage caused by human or uncontrollable natural factors. Natural vulnerable parts are not covered by warranty and lifelong technical support is provided. The first party shall provide telephone guidance, video demonstrations, and on-site debugging for the second party. This device is a non-standard customized device, and its functional configuration can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The second party shall not arbitrarily change the main principle of the equipment. If the second party changes the principle of the equipment until it cannot operate normally, the first party shall charge corresponding fees for repairing and replacing parts.

　　3. The training content includes: basic working principles of equipment, equipment operation, equipment maintenance techniques, equipment fault analysis and troubleshooting, daily and regular maintenance of equipment, program steps for replacing vulnerable parts, molds, etc., and adjustment of mold alignment and material quantity.

　　During the installation and debugging of the equipment, the after-sales staff of Party A shall provide training on equipment maintenance and upkeep to the on-site operators of Party B. (Party B provides employee meals for Party A's after-sales staff)

　　During the warranty period, the supplier will conduct regular on-site inspections and keep records to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

　　6. After the expiration date: Party B shall make changes or upgrades to the software, and Party A shall provide free technical services. Timely provide users with necessary spare parts and accessories, and offer replacement parts at the cost price of accessories to ensure the production needs of Party B.
