Description :

　　Structural features: Made of stainless steel, this fully automatic sealing machine is suitable for filling, sealing, trimming, automatic temperature control, waste suction, date printing, and UV disinfection of liquid reagents in various shapes of plastic bottles and tubes. It is widely used in fields such as pharmaceutical and hygiene reagents, test tube filling and sealing.

　　Basic structure of equipment:

　　1. Rack section: made of carbon steel welded together (can also be made of whole machine stainless steel), covered with stainless steel, and equipped with sturdy bolts in contact with the ground.

　　2. Transmission system: composed of motor, reducer, cam splitter, template, transmission chain, etc.

　　3. Dropping, capping, and management systems: composed of racks, slides, cup storage compartments, cup pushing cylinders, etc. The PLC control system sends a signal to synchronize the control action when the template stops.

　　4. Filling system: The storage cylinder is made of stainless steel 304 material, and the cylinder stroke is piston type quantitative filling, non-contact filling, and the filling amount can be freely adjusted with accurate quantitative measurement.
