      1、 Product features:

      No mechanical movable parts, not easily corroded, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance.

      The shell is available in stainless steel and aluminum alloy options.

      Built in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors, high safety performance, compact structure, and beautiful appearance; It can directly measure fluid pressure, temperature, and flow rate, and automatically track compensation and compression factor correction in real time.

      Adopting advanced computer processing chips, it has high integration, small size, good performance, and strong overall functionality. It adopts a circuit micro power consumption design, with low overall power consumption. It can be powered by an internal battery (3.6VDC) or an external power supply (24VDC).

      2、 Structure:

      1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing.

      The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.

      The detection element is installed near the throat of the expansion tube, and the frequency signal of vortex precession can be measured using thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitive, or fiber optic detection elements.

      The rectifier is fixed at the outlet of the flowmeter body, and its function is to eliminate vortex flow to reduce the impact of downstream flow state on instrument measurement.

      The shell is designed as a flow channel with a certain shape to form vortices, fix and protect the components installed inside, and connect them to the pipeline through flanges.

      2. Conversion display instrument

      The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.

      4、 Attention:

      1. The intelligent vortex flowmeter can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator.

      2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration.

      3. The installation location of the vortex flowmeter should have sufficient space for inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter.

      4. Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields.

      5. When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument.

      6. During pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped with the intelligent vortex flowmeter to avoid damage to the pressure sensor due to overpressure.
