Flange type LWGY-100 turbine flowmeter
This product has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, fast response speed, wide measurement range, low price, and easy installation, and is widely used in chemical production.
This product displays both instantaneous flow (4 significant digits) and cumulative flow (8 significant digits, with reset function) simultaneously.
1、 Structure:
1. The turbine is made of magnetic stainless steel material and equipped with spiral blades. The number of blades varies depending on the diameter, ranging from 2-24 pieces.
2. The bearings of the turbine generally use hard alloy bearings with sliding fit, requiring good wear resistance.
Due to the axial thrust generated by the fluid passing through the turbine, the friction torque of the bearing increases To accelerate bearing wear and eliminate axial force, hydraulic balance measures need to be taken in the structure.
3. The preamplifier consists of two parts: a magneto electric induction converter and an amplification shaping circuit.
Magnetoelectric converters generally use reluctance type, which consists of magnetic steel and externally wound induction coils. When the fluid passes through and rotates the turbine, the magnetic resistance of the blades is small when they are directly below the magnetic steel, and the magnetic resistance of the gap between the two blades is large when they are below the magnetic steel. As the turbine rotates, it continuously changes the magnetic flux of the magnetic circuit, causing a change in the induced potential in the coil, which is sent to the amplification and shaping circuit and becomes a pulse signal.

2、 Characteristics:
High precision, generally up to ± 1% F · S, ± 0.5% F · S, high-precision type up to ± 0.2% F · S;
Good repeatability, short-term repeatability can reach 0.05% to 0.2%. It is precisely because of its good repeatability that frequent calibration or online calibration can achieve extremely high accuracy, making it a preferred flowmeter for trade settlement;
Output pulse frequency signal, suitable for total measurement and computer connection, no zero drift, strong anti-interference ability;
Can obtain high frequency signals (3-4kHz) with strong signal resolution;
Wide range, with a medium to large aperture ratio of 1:20 and a small aperture ratio of 1:10;
Compact and lightweight structure, easy installation and maintenance, and high circulation capacity;
3、 Installation and maintenance:
1. Installation adopts flange connection, threaded connection and clamping type;
2. The direction of liquid flow during installation should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 6DS, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5DS (DS is the measured inner diameter of the tested pipeline);
3. Sensors should be kept away from external magnetic fields. If unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken;
4. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of liquids during maintenance, bypass pipelines should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor;
5. When installing sensors outdoors, please ensure that the amplifier plug is waterproofed;
6. The wiring between sensors and display instruments should be selected based on the power supply of the amplifier.
