Description :

　　This product mainly consists of three basic parts: 1. Measuring tube body; 2. Cone shaped float; 3. Indicator. The displacement of the float is proportional to the flow rate, and through a magnetic coupling system, the displacement of the float is transmitted to the indicator in a non-contact manner to indicate the flow rate.

　　1、 Technical parameters:

　　2、 Working principle:

　　This product is a type of variable area flowmeter. In a vertical conical tube that expands from bottom to top, the float can freely rise and fall inside the tube. The gravity of the circular cross-section float is supported by liquid dynamics. With changes in flow rate, the float moves up and down under the action of flow velocity and buoyancy, and at a certain position, the force acting on the float reaches equilibrium with its gravity. At this time, the circulating annular gap area between the float and the orifice plate (or cone tube) remains at a certain level, and the annular gap area is proportional to the rising height of the float. That is, the position of the float rising in the measuring tube represents the size of the flow rate. The change in the position of the float is transmitted from the inside to the external indicator through magnetic coupling, so that the indicator correctly indicates the flow rate value at this time. This means that the indicator housing does not come into direct contact with the measuring tube, so even if limit switches or transmitters are installed, the instrument can be used under high temperature and high pressure working conditions.

　　3、 Product features:

　　1. The metal tube rotor flowmeter has both on-site display type and intelligent remote transmission type. The intelligent remote transmission type adopts high-performance computer chips, multiple signal outputs, advanced data storage, with data recovery and backup to ensure data security.

　　2. According to the different structures of the measuring tubes, the HW5 series metal tube float flowmeter is divided into HW50, HW51, HW52, and HW53 types. Different measuring tube forms can be selected according to different user requirements, which further improves maintenance and cleaning.

　　3. The requirements for straight pipe sections are not high, with a wider flow ratio of 10:1 and a measurement range of 50 (20 ℃) 1-2000001/h; air (20 ℃, 0.1013MPa) 0.03-4000m3/h.

　　4. Single axis sensitive indication, non-contact magnetic coupling capability.

　　5. Optional options include two-wire system, battery, and AC power supply.

　　4、 Installation:

　　To ensure the normal operation of the metal rotor flowmeter and achieve the required measurement accuracy, the following points should generally be noted:

　　2. The metal rotor flowmeter must be installed vertically, with fluid flowing through the flowmeter from bottom to top, and the verticality should be greater than 2 °. When installed horizontally, the horizontal angle should be greater than 2 °;

　　3. The metal tube float flowmeter installed on the process pipeline should be equipped with a bypass to ensure that it does not affect production during troubleshooting or purging;

　　4. The inlet of the metal rotor flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the outlet should have a straight pipe section of 250mm to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument;

　　If the medium contains solid impurities, it should be considered to install a filter between the valve and the straight pipe section;

　　When used for gas measurement, it should be ensured that the pipeline pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flowmeter to ensure stable operation of the float;

　　If the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed.
