Usage of LDE-100 Electromagnetic Flow Meter

Description :

　　This product is suitable for flow measurement of pipelines, channels, small rivers in industry, as well as measurement of various conductive liquids in environmental treatment.

　　1、 Technical parameters:

　　Sensor section

　　Applicable pipe diameter: DN15~DN1000, other diameters are non-standard and can be customized according to user requirements.

　　Measurement tube lining material: F46 (perfluoroalkoxy, polytetrafluoroethylene), P0 (polyolefin), PUR (polyurethane)

　　Electrode materials: 316L, Hc (Hastelloy C), Hb (Hastelloy B), Ti (Titanium), Ta (Tantalum)

　　Working pressure: DN15~DN80 caliber: 4.0MPa (standard)

　　DN100~DN150 caliber: 1.6MPa (standard)

　　DN200~DN1000 caliber: 1.0MPa (standard)

　　Exceeding the above pressure standards is non-standard and can be customized according to user requirements.

　　2、 The installation steps are as follows:

　　It can be installed on vertical pipelines or on horizontal or inclined pipelines, but it is required that the center line of the two electrodes be in a horizontal state.

　　The medium should flow fully in the installation position to avoid incomplete pipes and gas adsorption on the electrodes.

　　When the installation position of the flowmeter is not filled with the medium, the method of raising the rear pipeline of the flowmeter can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the high point and outlet of the pipeline.

　　The length of the straight pipe section before and after the flowmeter: the front section is ≥ 10DN, and the rear section is ≥ 5DN (DN is the pipe diameter)

　　For flange connection, spot weld the matching flange onto the pipeline and connect the bolt to the flange on the body. Perform welding again.

　　The installation method involves welding the two flanges and pipelines on the main body, installing the flow meter together with bolts and nuts, and then spot welding.

　　Wiring of electromagnetic flowmeter:

　　The shorter the signal cable for the split installation connection, the better;

　　Signal cables must be strictly distinguished from other power lines.
