　　1、 Characteristics:

　　1. Integrating high-precision temperature, pressure, and flow sensors with an intelligent flow integrator, it can detect the temperature, pressure, and flow of the medium, and perform automatic flow tracking compensation and compression factor correction, directly detecting the standard volume flow rate and total standard volume of the gas.

　　2. Adopting advanced microcontroller technology and high-performance integrated chips, the whole machine has powerful functions and superior performance.

　　3. The circuit adopts surface mount technology, with a compact structure and high reliability.

　　4. Adopting advanced low-power technology, both internal and external power sources can work, resulting in low overall power consumption.

　　5. Adopting a high contrast LCD display, it can display the standard volume total, standard instantaneous flow rate, frequency percentage corresponding to the standard volume flow rate, battery capacity display symbol, temperature value, pressure value, and date, with fault display alarm.

　　Output mode: frequency signal, 4-20mA signal, RS485 communication (capable of transmitting temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow rate, and cumulative flow rate parameters).

　　3、 Attention:

　　1. The directional signs can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position.

　　2. When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration.

　　3. The installation location of the vortex flowmeter should have sufficient space for inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter.

　　4. Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields.

　　5. When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument.

　　6. During pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped with the intelligent vortex flowmeter to avoid damage to the pressure sensor due to overpressure.
