　　1、 Technical parameters:

　　2、 Main features:

　　1. No mechanical movable parts, corrosion-resistant, stable and reliable, long service life, long-term operation without special maintenance;

　　3. The installation conditions for the process are not strict, and the straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the instrument can be greatly shortened compared to orifice plates and vortex flowmeters;

　　5. The flow measurement range is wide (qmax/qmin=15-20), which can effectively work in small flow areas that orifice plates and vortex flowmeters cannot access;

　　3、 Installation matters:

　　Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;

　　When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration;

　　The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;

　　Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;

　　When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument;

　　During pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damage to the pressure sensor due to overpressure;

　　Attention should be paid to the influence of installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipelines of the flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated;

　　The installation location of the flowmeter should consider the thickness of the sealing gasket or install an elastic expansion joint on the downstream side.
