It is a temperature and pressure compensation instrument.

　　1、 Product features:

　　Adopting a new type of sensor, with low starting flow rate, small pressure loss, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, not easy to corrode, good reliability, and long service life;

　　Adopting a new type of microprocessor and high-performance integrated chips, with high computational accuracy, powerful overall functions, and superior performance;

　　Adopting advanced low-power high-tech, the whole machine has low power consumption. It can operate on both internal battery power for a long time and external power supply;

　　According to the flow frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically linearly corrected in eight segments, which can improve the calculation accuracy of the instrument according to user needs.

　　Requirements for straight pipe section: Gas: The upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 10DN, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5DN

　　Liquid: The upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 20DN, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5DN

　　Insertion type: The upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 20DS, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 7DS (DS is the measured inner diameter of the pipeline)

　　3、 Installation:

　　Sensors can be installed in vertical, horizontal, or any inclined position according to the flow direction indicator;

　　When the pipeline is long or close to the vibration source, supports should be installed upstream and downstream of the flowmeter to eliminate the impact of pipeline vibration;

　　The installation location of the sensor should have sufficient space for the inspection and maintenance of the flowmeter, and should meet the environmental requirements of the flowmeter;

　　Avoid interference from strong external magnetic fields;

　　When installed and used outdoors, there should be a cover to avoid direct sunlight and rainwater erosion, which may affect the service life of the instrument;

　　When conducting pipeline pressure testing, attention should be paid to the pressure measurement range of the pressure sensor equipped on the intelligent flowmeter to avoid damaging the pressure sensor due to overpressure.

　　Attention should be paid to the influence of installation stress. The upstream and downstream pipelines of the flowmeter should be coaxial, otherwise shear stress will be generated.
