Description :

　　The measurement principle of this product is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing.

　　1、 Attention:

　　1. The ambient temperature or the radiation temperature on the surface of the flowmeter converter is greater than 60 ℃.

　　2. In situations where pipeline vibration is significant.

　　3. In situations where the aluminum casing of the converter is severely corroded by corrosive gases.

　　4. In places with high humidity or corrosive gases on site.

　　5. Flow meters are installed in high-altitude or underground environments where debugging is inconvenient.

　　2、 Characteristics:

　　4、 Installation:

　　1. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. Before installation, the environmental conditions should be reviewed according to its usage requirements for normal use;

　　When installing the flowmeter outdoors, there should be a cover on the upper part to prevent rainwater from entering and direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the flowmeter;

　　3. The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the direction of fluid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated on the housing. There should be straight pipe sections of 10DN and 5DN upstream and downstream of the flowmeter, respectively;

　　4. The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline, and the flange screw hole connection should be parallel to the pipeline axis to prevent sealing gaskets and grease from entering the pipeline cavity;

　　5. If necessary, a filter can be installed upstream of the flowmeter to filter out particles and debris in the medium.
