　　1. Overview:

　　This product is an inductive instrument for measuring the volumetric flow rate of conductive media. The measured media include highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salts, as well as conductive liquids and solid-liquid two-phase liquids such as raw water, cooling water, pulp, slurry, coal slurry, mineral slurry, syrup, corn slurry, fiber slurry, grain slurry, lime milk, hydrogen peroxide, seawater, beer, wort, milk, and various beverages. Widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, papermaking, environmental protection, food, as well as municipal management, water conservancy construction, river dredging and other fields for flow measurement.

　　II. Principles:

　　The measurement principle is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The measuring tube of the flowmeter is a short tube lined with insulating material and non-magnetic alloy. Two electrodes are fixed on the measuring tube along the diameter of the tube, passing through the wall. The electrode tip is completely flush with the inner and outer surfaces of the lining. When the excitation coil is magnetized by bidirectional square wave pulses, a task magnetic field with a magnetic flux density of B will occur in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the measuring tube.

　　4、 Installation requirements:

　　In terms of environmental issues, it is most susceptible to the influence of stray currents in pipelines, and electromagnetic waves in space can also have a certain impact on it. Therefore, experts believe that effective grounding protection measures can be taken when applying electromagnetic flow meters.

　　Improper installation of the flowmeter: The main cause of the malfunction is the incorrect installation position. Therefore, our technicians believe that users must carefully read the installation instructions before proceeding with the installation, as this can be a precautionary measure.

　　The fluid being measured will contain some bubbles, and if these bubbles are evenly distributed, they will not affect the measurement. However, once the bubbles become larger, they will cause interference with the output signal of the flowmeter, whether large or small.
