      This product is suitable for measuring the pressure and vacuum of liquids, gases, or vapors that are non explosive, non crystalline, non solidifying, and have no corrosive effect on copper and copper alloys.

      1、 Main technical indicators:

      Temperature characteristics of diaphragm meter

      Due to the fact that the diaphragm gauge system is filled with sealing liquid as the medium for transmitting pressure, the temperature expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid causes the reading of the pressure instrument to increase as the temperature of the compressed part rises. The temperature effect is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing liquid, the stiffness of the diaphragm, and the temperature of the compressed part, especially for low range pressure instruments, which have a more significant impact. The temperature error of the general compression part is not more than 0.1%/℃. Therefore, the overall temperature impact of diaphragm pressure instruments is generally the sum of the temperature impact of general-purpose instruments and the temperature impact of the compressed part of the diaphragm device.

      Corrosion resistance of diaphragm meter

      The corrosion resistance of diaphragm meters can be ensured by selecting appropriate materials for the diaphragm, flange, and sealing gasket in contact with the measuring medium.

      Diaphragm material: 0Crl7Nil2Mo2316; Monel alloy Cu30Ni70; Hastelloy H276C; Tantalum Ta and fluoroplastic F4.

      Flange material: Stainless steel 0Crl7Nil2M02316; Stainless steel lined with fluoroplastic 316+F4.

      Sealing gasket material: rubber; Fluororubber; Silicone rubber and fluoroplastics.

      2、 Usage and maintenance:

      1. The instrument must be vertical: a wrench should be used to tighten it during installation, and the case should not be forcefully twisted; Collision should be avoided during transportation.

      2. The instrument should be used in an ambient temperature range of -25~55 ℃ (-40 ℃~70 ℃).

      3. Use the working environment vibration level: V.H.4.

      4. During use, if the ambient temperature is too high and the instrument reading does not return to zero or exceeds the tolerance, the sealing rubber plug on the upper part of the case can be cut open to allow the instrument chamber to communicate with the atmosphere.

      5. The range of instrument usage should be between 1/3 and 2/3 of the upper limit.

      6. Isolation devices should be added when measuring corrosive media, media that may crystallize, and media with high viscosity.

      7. Instruments should be regularly calibrated (at least once every six months).

      8. Instruments for measuring corrosive media should be specified with the required conditions when ordering.

      3、 Selection:

      (1) All stainless steel pressure gauges are not suitable for environments with external enhancers such as chlorine, nitric acid, and perchlorate.

      (2) When the stainless steel pressure gauge housing needs to be coated with PTEE polytetrafluoroethylene coating, please specify it when ordering.

      (3) Please specify if there are special requirements for the thread of the stainless steel pressure gauge connector.

      (4) All stainless steel pressure gauges are divided into ordinary and shock resistant types.

      (5) Please specify the name, model, and measurement limit when placing an order.
