Description :

　　The measurement principle of this product is Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The main components of the sensor are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. Mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. Including highly corrosive liquids such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.

　　1、 Characteristics:

　　The sensor adopts an integral welded structure with good sealing performance;

　　The structure is simple and reliable, with no moving parts inside and almost no pressure loss;

　　The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc. of the measured medium; Accuracy is not sensitive to changes in velocity distribution (except for vortices);

　　Equipped with conductivity measurement function, it can distinguish whether the sensor is empty or not; Adopting a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, it has fast computing speed and high accuracy; There are two integrators inside, which display forward and reverse accumulation and difference accumulation respectively; Capable of outputting RS485 or RS232C digital communication signals.

　　2、 Main technical data:

　　Power supply: 85V-250VAC/16V-36VDC;

　　Instrument display: High definition backlit LCD display (126 x 48 dot matrix), which can simultaneously display instantaneous, cumulative flow and other information and related units, with Chinese/English menu support;

　　Communication interface: It has digital communication signal outputs such as RS485, RS232, Hart, and Modbus;

　　Anti interference: Built in comprehensive anti-interference multi-level protection circuit with full digital processing, significant anti-interference performance, effectively eliminating on-site vibration and power frequency interference;

　　Data storage: With comprehensive data backup and recovery functions, on-site maintenance free;

　　Excitation method: There are three standard excitation frequencies, 1/10, 1/16, and 1/25 power frequency (1/4, 1/8, and 1/32 are optional), to meet more measurement needs.

　　3、 The installation steps are as follows:

　　It can be installed on vertical pipelines or on horizontal or inclined pipelines, but it is required that the center line of the two electrodes be in a horizontal state.

　　The medium should flow fully in the installation position to avoid incomplete pipes and gas adsorption on the electrodes.

　　When the installation position of the flowmeter is not filled with the medium, the method of raising the rear pipeline of the flowmeter can be adopted to fill the pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to install the flowmeter at the high point and outlet of the pipeline.

　　The length of the straight pipe section before and after the flowmeter: the front section is ≥ 10DN, and the rear section is ≥ 5DN (DN is the pipe diameter)

　　For flange connection, spot weld the matching flange onto the pipeline and connect the bolt to the flange on the body. Perform welding again.

　　The installation method involves welding the two flanges and pipelines on the main body, installing the flow meter together with bolts and nuts, and then spot welding.

　　Wiring of electromagnetic flowmeter:

　　The shorter the signal cable for the split installation connection, the better;

　　Signal cables must be strictly distinguished from other power lines.
