Description :

1、 Characteristics:
The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy (0.3-0.5%).
There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss, which has significant energy-saving significance.
There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has a long lifespan.
The straight pipe section required for the sensor is relatively short, making it easy to install.
Reasonable selection of electrode and lining materials can resist corrosion and wear.

3、 Installation:
1. Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects, high radio frequency, strong vibration interference sources, and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as high-power motors, large transformers, etc.) to avoid magnetic fields affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
2. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, and should not be installed in damp or water prone areas.
3. It is advisable to avoid direct sunlight and rain as much as possible, and the ambient temperature should be between -20 and 60 ℃ with a relative humidity of less than 95%.
4. Choose a place that is easy to maintain and has convenient activities.
5. The flowmeter should be installed at the rear end of the water pump and must not be installed on the suction side; The valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow.
6. For liquid-solid two-phase fluids, vertical installation is adopted to ensure uniform wear of the sensor lining and extend its service life.
7. When the installation position is not filled with the medium, the method of raising the rear end pipeline of the flow pipe can be adopted to fill the pipe. It is strictly prohibited to install flow meters at pipeline points and water outlets.
