1、 Working principle
The working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. When a conductor moves in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated at both ends of the conductor perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of motion. The magnitude of electromotive force is directly proportional to the speed of conductor motion and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field.

4、 Precautions
1. Determination of applicable traffic range. The selection of instrument diameter is determined based on the flow range. For electromagnetic flow meters, they are generally selected in situations where the flow signal is strong and the instrument can work stably for a long time. We suggest that you choose your instrument caliber based on the flow rate flow comparison table (see table below) and refer to the actual operating conditions. We recommend a flow rate range of 1-3m/s, which is beneficial for the instrument to be in a suitable state.
2. Selection of lining and electrodes. In addition to determining the diameter and flow range, electromagnetic flowmeters also need to choose relevant conditions such as sensor lining and matching electrodes to improve their economic applicability. The design unit can choose different linings, electrodes, etc. according to the different media of different users
3. Pressure and usage situation. In addition to determining the above conditions, the electromagnetic flowmeter should also improve the selection of operating pressure, installation form, shell protection level, explosion-proof requirements, output configuration, and other usage conditions and conditions. The integrated type is suitable for indoor environments with good performance, while the split type is suitable for situations where the sensor is used in harsh environments, with large pipeline vibrations and high temperature of the measured medium.
