　　1、 Structure:

　　This type of turbine flowmeter can be classified according to the power supply method and whether it has remote signal output

　　LWGY-B and LWGY-C models.

　　LWGY-B type: The power supply adopts 3.2V10AH lithium battery (capable of continuous operation for more than 4 years); No signal output function.

　　LWGY-C type: The power supply adopts 24VDC external power supply, outputs 4-20mA standard two-wire current signal, and can add RS485 or HART communication according to different on-site needs.

　　4、 Installation:

　　1. Insufficient length of upstream and downstream straight pipe sections;

　　2. The deviation between the inner diameter of the instrument measuring tube and the inner diameter of the piping is large;

　　3. Install non concentric seals protruding into the pipe;

　　4. Reverse installation of instrument flow direction;

　　5. The detection component is covered by impurities;

　　6. Reduced detection sensitivity, small flow leakage meter;

　　7. Pipeline leakage (such as underground pipelines where small leaks are not detected), valve leakage, and bypass valve leakage result in a relatively small cumulative flow (total amount);

　　8. The presence of two-phase flow and pulsating flow affects accurate measurement.
