　　1、 Characteristics:

　　1. High precision, generally ± 0.5% R, and high-precision models can reach ± 0.2% R.

　　2. Good repeatability, with a short-term repeatability of up to 0.05%, is precisely due to its excellent repeatability, such as frequent calibration or online calibration, which can achieve extremely high accuracy. It is a preferred flowmeter in trade settlement.

　　3. Widely applicable, it can measure water, petroleum products (lower viscosity), chemical liquids such as flow meters.

　　3、 Installation requirements:

　　1. The liquid should be filled in the pipeline without any bubbles;

　　2. During installation, the direction of liquid flow and the flow rate indicated by the flowmeter;

　　3. There should be a straight pipe section of 10 times the nominal diameter length at the upstream end, and a straight pipe section of 5 times the nominal diameter length at the downstream end;

　　4. The flowmeter should be kept away from external electric and magnetic fields, or shielded to avoid external interference;

　　For the convenience of maintenance, it is recommended to install a bypass pipeline at the installation location of the flowmeter;

　　6. When installing flow meters outdoors, please do a good job of waterproofing;

　　When impurities are present in the liquid, a filter should be installed with a mesh size of generally 20-60 mesh;

　　8. The tested liquid should be kept clean and free of impurities such as fibers and particles.
