Description :
This product is a fully intelligent flowmeter developed by our company using advanced technology both domestically and internationally. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, high reliability, good stability, and long service life.
1、 Installation:
1. Horizontal and vertical installation
Sensors can be installed horizontally and vertically, but it should be ensured to avoid the influence of sediment and bubbles on the measuring electrode, and the electrode axis should be kept horizontal. When installed vertically, the fluid should flow from bottom to top. Sensors should not be installed at high points in pipelines as this location is prone to the accumulation of air bubbles.
2. Ensure full pipe installation
Ensure that the flow sensor is filled with the measured fluid in the pipeline during measurement and that there is no non full pipe state. If the pipeline is not full or the outlet is empty, the sensor should be installed on a siphon tube.
3. Installation between bends, valves, and pumps
To ensure the stability of the measurement, a straight pipe section should be installed in front and behind the sensor, with its length given in the following figure. If it cannot be achieved, a current stabilizer should be used or the cross-sectional area of the measurement point should be reduced.
4. Sensors cannot be installed at the inlet of the pump
To avoid negative pressure, the sensor should not be installed at the inlet of the pump, but at the outlet of the pump.
5. Inlet and outlet straight pipe sections of the sensor
An ideal installation location should be chosen with sufficient straight pipe sections before and after the measurement point. The inlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 5D, and the outlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 3D (D is the nominal diameter of the sensor). The inserted inlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 20D, and the outlet straight pipe section should be ≥ 7D (D is the nominal diameter of the sensor).

2、 Product features:
1. Suitable for volumetric flow measurement of conductive fluids with conductivity greater than 5 ц s/cm;
2. There are no active or obstructed components inside the measuring tube, and the pressure loss is small;
3. Lining and electrodes with different materials have good anti-corrosion performance;
4. Not affected by medium, density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity;
5. Low frequency rectangular wave excitation, less susceptible to interference, stable and reliable;
6. The converter has low energy consumption, simple and convenient installation, and users do not need to debug.
3、 Selection Notice:
1. The flow rate should be determined based on the flow range to choose a flow meter with a larger scale.
2. Determine the diameter of the flow meter based on the flow rate and industrial pipeline size. Usually, flow meters that are compatible with pipelines are chosen.
3. Select the lining of the flowmeter based on the characteristics of the measured medium. For example, temperature, corrosiveness, whether there may be negative pressure inside the pipeline, and so on. The general lining includes PTFE, soft rubber, hard rubber PFA、 Ceramics, etc.
4. Select the material of the measuring electrode based on the characteristics of the medium. Generally, there are 304, 316, Hastelloy, titanium, tantalum, and so on.
5. Select the pressure rating of the flanges connected on both sides based on the pressure rating of the process pipeline.
6. Choose the protection level. If the sensor is entirely underwater, IP68 should be selected

1. Determine whether to choose integrated or split type according to the installation location requirements.
2. What type of output is required, 4-20mA signal, Hart, Profibus PA, FF, etc.
