　　2、 Correct selection:

　　Selection is a very important task in instrument applications. According to relevant data, 2/3 of instrument failures in practical applications are caused by incorrect selection and installation of instruments, and special attention should be paid.

　　Collect data: ① Name of the tested fluid; ② Flow range; ③ Work pressure; ④ Working temperature. The tested fluid must have a certain conductivity, with a conductivity of ≥ 5uS/cm.

　　The flow range must comply with the numbers in the table below. (Extended process range 0.1-15m/s)

　　The working pressure must be less than the rated working pressure of the flowmeter.

　　The working temperature must meet the temperature requirements specified by the flowmeter.

　　Determine if there is negative pressure present.

　　3、 Characteristics:

　　1. There are movable components and no flow barriers, which will not cause pressure loss, wear, blockage, or other issues.

　　2. It is a volumetric flow measurement instrument that is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process.

　　3. The range of electromagnetic flowmeter is wide, up to 1:100. In addition, electromagnetic flow meters are only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium, and are independent of axisymmetric flow states (laminar or turbulent).

　　4. No mechanical inertia, sensitive response, can measure instantaneous pulsating flow rate, and has good linearity. Therefore, the measurement signal can be directly converted linearly into a standard signal output using a converter. It can be indicated locally and transmitted over long distances.
