      3、 Installation:

      Before installing the flow meter, the welding slag and other debris in the pipeline should be removed first.

      When put into operation, the upstream and downstream valves of the flowmeter should be slowly opened to avoid sudden rapid airflow and damage to the starter.

      When the flowmeter is running, it is not allowed to open the back cover and change the instrument parameters at will, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the flowmeter;

      When installing the flowmeter, it is strictly prohibited to directly weld at its inlet and outlet flanges to avoid burning out the internal parts of the flowmeter.

      Newly installed or overhauled pipelines must be cleaned to remove debris before installing flow meters.

      The flowmeter should be installed in a location that is easy to maintain, free from strong electromagnetic field interference, strong mechanical vibration, and thermal radiation effects;

      Flow meters should not be used in situations where flow is frequently interrupted and there is strong pulsating flow or pressure pulsation;

      The flowmeter can be installed at any angle, and the flow direction of the fluid should be consistent with the flow direction indicated on the flowmeter;

      The flowmeter should be installed coaxially with the pipeline and prevent the sealing gasket and grease from entering the interior of the pipeline.
