      This product is a volumetric flow measurement instrument that is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, or conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process. Therefore, after being calibrated with water, the flowmeter can be used to measure the flow rate of other conductive liquids.

      2、 Category:

      The FH-1000 series electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a sensor and an intelligent signal converter. According to the assembly form of the converter and sensor, it can be divided into two structures: integrated and split.

      Integrated: The converter and sensor are directly assembled as a whole and cannot be separated. Commonly used in sites with good environmental conditions.

      Split type: The converter is composed of a dedicated cable and a sensor to form a product, with the sensor installed on site and the converter installed in a location with better conditions. Commonly used in sites with poor environmental conditions, such as underground wells, high temperatures, and places that are difficult for personnel to reach.

      3、 Installation:

      1. Selection of installation location:

      The installation position must ensure that the pipeline is always filled with the measured liquid.

      Choose a location with low liquid flow pulses, which should be away from local resistance components such as pumps, valves, and elbows.

      When measuring biphasic (solid, liquid, gas, liquid) liquids, a location that is not prone to phase separation should be selected.

      The inner diameter or circumference of the tested pipeline should be easy to measure, and the ellipticity should be small.

      2. Length of straight pipe section:

      The length of the straight pipe section on the upstream side of the sensor installation pipeline should be greater than or equal to 10D, and the downstream side should not be less than 5D (D is the diameter of the measured pipeline)
