Description :

　　This product uses different combinations of PTFE or rubber lining and electrode materials such as Hc, Hb, 316L, Ti, etc. to adapt to the needs of different media.

　　1、 Selection of installation location:

　　1. The flow direction indicator on the sensor and the direction of the measured medium flow inside the pipeline must be *.

　　2. The installation position must ensure that the measuring tube is filled with the measured medium.

　　3. Choose a location with smaller fluid flow impulse, which should be away from the pump and local resistance components (valves, elbows, etc.)

　　4. When measuring two-phase fluids, a location that is not prone to phase separation should be selected.

　　5. Installation in areas with negative pressure inside the pipe should be avoided as much as possible.

　　6. When the measured medium easily causes adhesion and scaling on the inner wall of the electrode and measuring tube, it is recommended that the flow velocity inside the measuring tube should not be less than 2m/s.

　　At this point, a tapered pipe slightly smaller than the process diameter can be used. To clean electrodes and measuring tubes without interrupting flow in the process pipeline, sensors can be installed in parallel with cleaning ports.

　　2、 Characteristics:

　　Ultra low EMI switching power supply is suitable for a wide range of power supply voltage changes and has good EMC resistance performance; Featuring both Chinese and English menu operations, it is easy to use, simple to operate, and easy to learn and understand;

　　It has bidirectional flow measurement function, which can display the maximum and reverse flow, percentage, and flow rate. The well has dual I sentence current, frequency, and pulse output, making it easy to record and save different flow strategy signals.
