Description :
This product is not only suitable for general process testing, but also for measuring slurry, paper pulp, and paste like liquids. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, steel, food, electricity, papermaking, water conservancy and drainage, water administration and water resources.
1、 Characteristics:
1. All welding processes of the sensor are carried out using argon arc welding technology. Although the cost is high, it can ensure the reliability of welding (welding is the main production process of the sensor), especially the last welding process after installing the coil. Using argon arc welding technology can ensure that the installed coil is not damaged;
2. Adopting a grounding electrode structure to form a balanced electrode plane ensures that the entire process of measuring the average speed is confined within the balanced electrode plane, effectively eliminating electrical noise interference and providing accurate measurement results;
3. Adopt customized double-layer shielded cables;
4. Programmable low-frequency rectangular wave excitation improves the stability of flow measurement and reduces power loss;
5. High frequency excitation is used for measuring special media (such as slurry) to eliminate clutter interference;
6. Adopting a 16 bit embedded microprocessor, it has fast computing speed and high accuracy.

2、 Selection guide:
Caliber selection
The diameter of the flowmeter should be the same as that of the process pipeline. If in the following two situations:
① The flow rate inside the pipeline is too low to meet the flow meter's requirements for the flow rate range or to achieve high measurement accuracy at this flow rate.
② The medium is prone to adhere to the pipe wall, which affects the normal use of the flowmeter.
3、 Installation:
1. It should be installed indoors in a dry and ventilated area. Avoid installation in areas with high ambient temperatures, avoid strong vibrations, and try to avoid equipment with strong magnetic fields. Such as large motors, transformers, etc. Avoid installation in environments with corrosive gases. The installation location should be convenient for maintenance, which is the environmental condition to ensure the normal operation of the transmitter.
2. Valves and bypasses should be installed at both ends of the electromagnetic flow transmitter.
3. In order to ensure that the measuring tube of the electromagnetic flow transmitter is filled with the measured medium, it is installed vertically and flows from bottom to top. Especially for liquid-solid two-phase flow, it must be installed vertically. If only horizontal installation is allowed on site, it must be ensured that the two electrodes are on the same horizontal plane.
4. To avoid interference signals, the signal between the transmitter and the converter must be transmitted using shielded wires. It is not allowed to parallel signal cables and power lines in the same cable steel pipe. The length of signal cables should generally not exceed 30m.
