1、 Characteristics:
1. There are no movable parts inside the measuring tube, and the sensor has a long service life.

The electromagnetic flowmeter is installed in a pipeline manner, and flange connections are used between it and the piping. The size of the vertical connection should comply with the provisions of GB9119-88.
3、 Installation:
1. When measuring mixed phase fluids, choose a location that will not cause phase separation. When measuring two-component liquids, avoid installing them downstream where mixing is not yet uniform. When measuring chemical reaction pipelines, they should be installed in the fully completed reaction section.
2. Try to avoid negative pressure inside the measuring tube as much as possible.
3. Choose a location with low vibration, especially for integrated instruments.
4. Avoid large motors, transformers, etc. nearby to prevent electromagnetic interference.
5. A place that is easy to implement separate grounding for sensors.
6. Try to avoid high concentrations of corrosive gases in the surrounding environment as much as possible.
7. The ambient temperature is within the range of -25-60 ℃, the relative humidity is within the range of 10% -90%, and direct sunlight should be avoided as much as possible.
8. The liquid should have the required conductivity for measurement, and the conductivity distribution should be generally uniform. Therefore, the installation of flow sensors should avoid areas that are prone to uneven conductivity, such as adding liquid near their upstream, with the liquid addition point located downstream of the sensor.
