      This product consists of sensors and intelligent signal converters, which can be divided into two types of structures based on the assembly form of the converter and sensor: integrated and split.

      Integrated: The converter and sensor are directly assembled as a whole and cannot be separated. Commonly used in sites with good environmental conditions.

      Split type: The converter is composed of a dedicated cable and a sensor to form a product, with the sensor installed on site and the converter installed in a location with better conditions. Commonly used in sites with poor environmental conditions, such as underground wells, high temperatures, and places that are difficult for personnel to reach.

      Installation requirements for sewage flow meters:

      1. The installation point should be selected at the lower or vertically upward position of the pipeline

      2. Ensure that the straight pipe section is in 3D after the first 5D

      Wiring, setting, and debugging:

      Wiring: The connecting wires between the split types are RVVP2 * 32/0.2 shielded wires for the signal cable and YHZ-2 * 1 for the excitation cable, both of which have the same length.

      Settings: pipe diameter, flow unit, instrument coefficient, range output.

      Debugging: Check if all parameter settings are correct.

      3、 Precautions for purchasing:

      1. Reduce the internal resistance of the transmitter; On the premise of ensuring measurement accuracy, in order to measure the flow rate of liquids with low conductivity and extend the length of the signal transmission line, the internal resistance of the transmitter should be reduced first. Using large-area electrodes or a three electrode structure to reduce the contact resistance between the electrodes and the liquid can lower the internal resistance of the transmitter. Meanwhile, installing a low-noise preamplifier inside the transmitter can enable it to output with low impedance and high noise ratio.
