      This product adopts advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology to develop a new intelligent instrument that integrates turbine flow sensor and display integration. The intelligent gas turbine flowmeter itself does not have on-site display function and only transmits and outputs flow signals remotely.

      1、 Characteristics:

      1. The impeller has anti-corrosion function and can measure the flow rate of corrosive gases.

      2. Adopting low-power single-chip microcomputer technology, the whole machine has powerful functions, low power consumption, and reliable performance.

      3. The intelligent flow display header with non-linear accuracy compensation function has a correction formula accuracy better than ± 0.02%.

      4. The instrument coefficient can be set online through buttons and displayed on an LCD screen, which is intuitive, clear, and highly reliable.

      5. Using EEPROM for accumulated flow and instrument coefficient power failure protection, with a protection time greater than 10 years.

      6. Using high-performance MCU central processing unit to complete data acquisition, processing, display and output, and accumulate instantaneous traffic.

      7. Convenient human-machine interface implementation with screen display, data transmission in standard 485 format.

      8. Adopting fully cemented carbide (tungsten carbide) shielded cantilever beam structure bearings, integrating rotating bearings and pressure bearings, greatly improving the bearing life, and can work in media with a small amount of sediment and dirt.

      9. Adopting 1Cr18Ni9Ti all stainless steel structure (2Cr13 for turbine), it has good anti-corrosion performance.

      2、 Selection:

      When selecting a flow meter, users should choose the appropriate model and specifications based on the nominal pressure of the pipeline, high pressure of the medium, medium temperature, medium composition, flow range, and signal output requirements.

      In order to achieve optimal performance of the flowmeter, the flow rate range of the flowmeter should be within the Qmax range of (20% to 80%), which is more appropriate.

      The signal output mode of the flowmeter at the factory: working condition pulse signal output (three wire system), standard flow signal (IC card) output, or RS-485 communication output. If other output functions are required, please specify when placing an order.

      3、 Installation:

      1. The instrument installation adopts flange connection, threaded connection, and clamp type.

      2. During installation, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the arrow direction indicated on the sensor housing, and the upstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 6DS, and the downstream straight pipe section should be ≥ 5DS (DS is the measured inner diameter of the tested pipeline).

      3. Sensors should be kept away from external magnetic fields. If unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken;

      4. In order to avoid affecting the normal transportation of liquids during maintenance, bypass pipes should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor.

      5. When installing sensors outdoors, please make sure to waterproof the amplifier plug.

      6. The wiring of sensors and display instruments should be selected according to the power supply of the amplifier. Please refer to the relevant "user manual" for details.
