      This product has excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, multiple signal output modes, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely used for metering gases such as natural gas, coal to gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbon gases.

      1、 Performance parameters

      2、 Main functional features

      Adopting dual power supply, with a built-in 3.6VDC lithium battery for power supply. When powered by an external 24VDC, the internal power supply automatically switches;

      The use of imported fully sealed and isolated self-lubricating micro torque bearings greatly improves the service life of the instrument;

      Low installation requirements: The front straight pipe section should be ≥ 3D, and the rear straight pipe section should be ≥ 1D to ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument;

      3. Installation

      1. The flowmeter must be installed horizontally on the pipeline (with the pipeline tilted within 5 degrees), and the axis of the flowmeter should be concentric with the axis of the pipeline during installation, with the flow direction consistent.

      2. The upstream pipeline length of the flowmeter should have an equal diameter straight pipe section of not less than 2D. If the installation site permits, it is recommended that the upstream straight pipe section be 20D and the downstream be 5D.

      3. Requirements for piping: The inner diameter of the upstream and downstream piping at the flowmeter installation point should be the same as the inner diameter of the flowmeter.

      4. Requirements for bypass pipe: In order to ensure that the maintenance of the flowmeter does not affect the normal use of the medium, shut-off valves (globe valves) should be installed on the front and rear pipelines of the flowmeter, and a bypass pipe should also be set up. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the flowmeter. When using the flowmeter, the upstream shut-off valve must be fully opened to avoid unstable flow of fluid in the upstream section.

      5. Requirements for external environment: Flow meters are better installed indoors. If they must be installed outdoors, they must be protected from sunlight and rain Lightning protection measures should be taken to avoid affecting the service life.
