Description :

　　This product is a metal structure float flowmeter suitable for measuring liquids and gases. The float moves upward under the action of fluid and buoyancy, and after balancing with the weight of the float, it is transmitted to the dial through magnetic coupling to indicate the corresponding flow rate, which can output a 4-20mA electrical signal.

　　3、 Attention:

　　The inlet of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the outlet should have a straight pipe section of 250mm;

　　A bypass should be added to the metal tube float flowmeter to facilitate troubleshooting and ensure that it does not affect production during blowdown;

　　If the medium contains solid impurities, it should be considered to install a filter between the valve and the straight pipe section;

　　If the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed;

　　When the temperature of the tested medium is higher than 220 ℃ or the fluid temperature is too low to cause crystallization, insulation protection measures should be taken, and a jacket type should be selected for cooling or insulation;

　　When used for gas measurement, it should be ensured that the pipeline pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flowmeter to ensure stable operation of the float;

　　The pipeline flange, fasteners, gaskets, and flowmeter flange must meet the same standards to ensure the normal installation and operation of the instrument.
