      1. Overview:

      The LWQ gas turbine flowmeter is a velocity based flow meter that accurately measures gas flow rate. It has the advantages of simple and lightweight structure, high measurement accuracy, good repeatability, wide measurement range, and easy installation and maintenance.

      2、 Main features:

      Adopting precision bearings specifically designed for imported instruments, with high accuracy and good stability, it can be used without refueling for five years under normal conditions.

      The carefully designed flow channel structure avoids the flow of air between the bearings and improves the medium adaptability of the turbine flowmeter.

      The unique reverse thrust structure and sealing structure design ensure the long-term reliable operation of the bearing.

      The flowmeter head can rotate 180 °, making installation and use simple and convenient.

      Design a rectifier with excellent rectification performance, with very low requirements for the front and rear straight pipe sections (front ≥ 2DN, rear ≥ 1DN).

      Adopting low-power high-tech, it can work with both internal and external power sources, and the internal battery can work continuously for more than five years.

      By using RS485 interface to form a network communication system, automated management can be easily achieved.

      4、 Attention:

      1. In order to remove impurities from the fluid, ensure the normal operation of the sensor, and improve the lifespan of the sensor, a filter with a mesh size of 3-9 mesh/cm2 should be installed on the pipeline in front of the sensor. In general, the mesh with a larger diameter is sparse, while the mesh with a smaller diameter is dense. To ensure the normal operation of the sensor, the mesh size of the filter should also be selected according to the actual usage situation.

      2. When welding the inlet flange of the sensor, it is necessary to pay attention to the absence of protruding parts inside the pipe. When connecting the inlet flange, the outer circumference of the two flanges should be completely aligned, and the gasket should not be exposed inside the pipe. Eccentric reducing joints will cause uneven distribution of flow velocity, so they cannot be used.

      3. In order to ensure the maintenance needs under working conditions, shut-off valves (globe valves) should be installed on the pipelines before and after the transmitter, and bypass pipelines should also be set up. The flow control valve should be installed downstream of the sensor. When using the sensor, the upstream shut-off valve must be fully opened to avoid the occurrence of eddy currents in the upstream fluid.
