Description :
This product is not only suitable for general process testing, but also for measuring slurry, paper pulp, and paste like liquids. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, steel, food, electricity, papermaking, water conservancy and drainage, water administration and water resources.
1、 Selection guide:
Caliber selection
The diameter of the flowmeter should be the same as that of the process pipeline. If in the following two situations:
① The flow rate inside the pipeline is too low to meet the flow meter's requirements for the flow rate range or to achieve high measurement accuracy at this flow rate.
② The medium is prone to adhere to the pipe wall, which affects the normal use of the flowmeter.
You can choose a flow meter with a diameter smaller than the process pipeline, but you need to do a good job of reducing the diameter.

3、 Installation:
1. Increase the length of the front and rear straight pipe sections
2. Adopting a traffic stabilizer
3. Reduce the cross-section of measurement points.
4、 Requirements for external environment:
1. Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in places with large temperature changes or high temperature radiation from equipment. If installation is necessary, insulation and ventilation measures must be taken.
2. The flowmeter should be installed indoors. If it must be installed outdoors, it should be protected from rainwater, waterlogging, and direct sunlight. Moisture and sun protection measures should be taken.
3. Flow meters should be avoided from being installed in environments containing corrosive gases, and ventilation measures must be taken when installation is necessary.
4. For the convenience of installation, maintenance, and upkeep, there should be ample installation space around the flowmeter.
5. The installation site of the flowmeter should avoid magnetic fields and strong vibration sources. If the pipeline vibration is large, there should be fixed pipe supports on both sides of the flowmeter.
