Description :

The displacement of the float is proportional to the flow rate, and through a magnetic coupling system, the displacement of the float is transmitted to the indicator in a non-contact manner to indicate the flow rate.

　　3、 Installation:

　　The inlet of the flowmeter should have a straight pipe section of at least 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the outlet should have a straight pipe section of 250mm;

　　A bypass should be added to the metal tube float flowmeter to facilitate troubleshooting and ensure that it does not affect production during blowdown;

　　If the medium contains solid impurities, it should be considered to install a filter between the valve and the straight pipe section;

　　If the medium contains ferromagnetic substances, a magnetic filter should be installed;

　　When the temperature of the tested medium is higher than 220 ℃ or the fluid temperature is too low to cause crystallization, insulation protection measures should be taken, and a jacket type should be selected for cooling or insulation;

　　When used for gas measurement, it should be ensured that the pipeline pressure is not less than 5 times the pressure loss of the flowmeter to ensure stable operation of the float;

　　The pipeline flange, fasteners, gaskets, and flowmeter flange must meet the same standards to ensure the normal installation and operation of the instrument;

　　Flowmeters generally do not require maintenance after the device is running normally. Malfunctions often occur when the device is just started, and the float is stuck by solid particles due to incomplete pipeline blowing. At this time, the pointer of the indicator stops at one position and does not move. At this point, first close the valves on both sides of the flowmeter, then remove the upper flange, take out the float for cleaning, and reinstall it. Pay attention to tightening the flange nuts evenly and place washers on them.
