      This product is an ideal gas flow detection instrument for gas metering in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, metallurgy, and industrial boilers, as well as for measuring the volume flow rate and total amount of low viscosity gases in urban natural gas, gas pressure regulating stations, closed pipelines, and gas thermal metering.

      1、 Characteristics

      Wide measurement range, lower limit flow rate below 0.5m/s, low pressure loss, and strong impact resistance of the impeller.

      It has high resistance to electromagnetic interference and vibration, and adopts fully sealed isolation protection for self-lubricating bearings, with reliable performance and long working life.

      Advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, with strong overall functionality, low power consumption, and superior performance. Intelligent flow display with non-linear accuracy compensation function. The accuracy of the correction formula is better than ± 0.02%.

      The instrument coefficient can be set online through buttons and displayed on an LCD screen, which is intuitive, clear, and highly reliable.

      3. Installation

      1. It is strictly prohibited to weld pipeline flanges online with flow meters. The flow meter should be removed before welding.

      Before installing the flowmeter, the debris, welding slag, and dust inside the pipeline should be cleaned up.

      3. In order to facilitate maintenance and not affect the normal transportation of fluids, it is recommended to set up a bypass pipeline as shown in the above figure.

      4. The flowmeter has a dedicated rectifier with superior performance, so it has low requirements for the straight pipe section. Only the front straight pipe section needs to be ≥ 2DN, and the rear straight pipe section needs to be ≥ 1DN (suitable for installation methods such as bent pipes, reducers, and pressure regulators in front of the front straight pipe section).

      To prevent impurities from entering the flowmeter, a filter must be installed.

      6. The flowmeter should be installed horizontally. It is recommended to install a steel expansion joint (compensator) behind the straight pipe section after the flowmeter. The expansion joint must meet the requirements of the nominal diameter and nominal pressure of the pipeline design.
