Description :
This product has a flow rate range of 0.2-10m/s, with no obstructed flow components or pressure loss inside the measuring tube. The straight pipe section requires low requirements, and the converter can be integrated or separated from the sensor. The converter uses a 16 bit high-performance microprocessor, LCD display, convenient parameter setting, and reliable programming. The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system with three built-in integrators and multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, etc HART。 This converter adopts a novel excitation method, with low power consumption, stable zero point, and high accuracy.
1、 Characteristics:
1. There are movable components and no flow barriers, which will not cause pressure loss, wear, blockage, or other issues.
2. It is a volumetric flow measurement instrument that is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, and conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium during the measurement process.
3. The range of electromagnetic flowmeter is wide, up to 1:100. In addition, electromagnetic flow meters are only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium, and are independent of axisymmetric flow states (laminar or turbulent).
4. No mechanical inertia, sensitive response, can measure instantaneous pulsating flow rate, and has good linearity. Therefore, the measurement signal can be directly converted linearly into a standard signal output using a converter. It can be indicated locally and transmitted over long distances.

Many customers often compare it with water meters when ordering a meter, thinking that it can measure very low flow rates. Generally, it can only measure 0.1m/s. Below this flow rate, electromagnetic flow meters are difficult to measure correctly. So in the initial stage of ordering, it is necessary to clarify the flow range. When placing an order, it is not possible to order according to the original pipeline diameter. The instrument diameter should be determined based on your actual flow rate.

Like other flow meters, electromagnetic flow meters also have requirements for straight pipelines before and after installation, although the requirements are lower than other types of flow meters.
