Domestic natural cyclone vortex flowmeter
This product is widely used in industries such as kerosene, chemical industry, power sector, metallurgical manufacturing, industrial boilers, etc. It is a gas flow detection instrument for measuring the volume flow rate and total amount of low viscosity gases in natural gas and gas pressure regulating station pipelines, as well as gas thermal measurement. Temperature and pressure compensation gas turbine flowmeter, equipped with dual power supply (24V+battery power supply) and 4-20mA input as standard.
1、 Characteristics:
Adopting new micro processors and high-performance integrated chips, with high computational accuracy, powerful component efficiency, and excellent functionality.
Adopting advanced micro power consumption technology from predecessors, the power consumption of components is low. It can be powered by an internal battery for a long time and can also be powered by an external power source.
According to the traffic frequency signal, the instrument coefficient can be automatically stopped and linearly modified in eight segments, and the calculation accuracy of the instrument can be improved according to the user's necessary progress.
Adopting EEPROM data storage technology, it has the function of storing and querying historical data, and three historical data recording methods are available for users to choose from.
The flowmeter head can be twisted 180 degrees, making assembly and application simple and convenient.

2、 Structure:
1. The sensor includes a vortex generator, detection element, rectifier, and housing.
The vortex generator is composed of specific spiral blades, which are fixed at the front end of the shell contraction section, forcing the fluid to generate strong vortex flow.
The detection element is installed near the throat of the expansion tube, and the frequency signal of vortex precession can be measured using thermal, piezoelectric, strain, capacitive, or fiber optic detection elements.
The rectifier is fixed at the outlet of the flowmeter body, and its function is to eliminate vortex flow to reduce the impact of downstream flow state on instrument measurement.
The shell is designed as a flow channel with a certain shape to form vortices, fix and protect the components installed inside, and connect them to the pipeline through flanges.
2. Conversion display instrument
The weak voltage signal detected by the piezoelectric sensor is amplified, filtered, and shaped into a pulse signal whose frequency is proportional to the flow rate, and then counted and displayed by the display instrument. The display device is equipped with an output interface to output various signals. The measured gas medium can be compensated for temperature and pressure, converted to volumetric flow rate under standard conditions, and displayed.
3、 Installation:
1. Spiral vortex flowmeter cannot be installed in situations with strong vibration, and when the pipeline is long, the vibration generated by the pipeline must be eliminated upstream and downstream of the sensor.
2. When using an external power source, the flowmeter must have a reliable grounding and must not share the ground wire with the high-voltage system. During pipeline installation or maintenance, the ground wire shared by the welding system must not be overlapped with the flowmeter.
3. When installed outdoors, the upper part should be covered to prevent rainwater from entering or direct sunlight from affecting the service life of the vortex flowmeter.
4. In order to facilitate maintenance and not affect the normal transportation of fluids, a bypass pipeline must be installed. When the gas contains larger particles or longer fiber debris, a filter must be installed on the vortex flowmeter.
5. Flow meters should be installed in accordance with relevant explosion-proof regulations, and safety regulations should be followed during installation and maintenance.
6. There should be no strong external magnetic field interference or strong mechanical vibration around the flowmeter. It should avoid the influence of high temperature heat sources and radiation heat sources, as well as strong corrosive environments.
