Supply LZB-50 glass rotor flowmeter
The main measuring components of this product are a vertically installed lower small upper large conical glass tube and a float that can move up and down inside. When the fluid passes through the conical glass tube from bottom to top, a pressure difference is generated between the upper and lower parts of the float, and the float rises under this pressure difference. When the upward force, buoyancy, and viscous lift acting on the float are equal to its gravity, the float is in an equilibrium position. Therefore, there is a certain proportional relationship between the fluid flow rate flowing through the glass rotor flowmeter and the rising height of the float, that is, the flow area of the glass rotor flowmeter. The position height of the float can be used as a measure of flow rate.
1、 Purpose:
Glass rotor flowmeter is used to measure the flow rate of single-phase non pulsating (liquid or gas) fluids. The corrosion-resistant glass rotor flowmeter is mainly used for detecting the flow rate of corrosive liquids and gas media, such as strong acids, strong bases, oxidants, strong oxidizing acids, organic solvents, and other corrosive gas or liquid media.
2、 Usage conditions:
1. The flow of the measured fluid is a single-phase, non pulsating steady flow;
2. The angle between the centerline of the flowmeter and the plumb line shall not exceed 50 degrees;
3. The temperature and working pressure of the tested fluid should be within the allowable fluid temperature range and working pressure of the flowmeter;
4. No mechanical vibration.

4、 Installation:
1. Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as large motors, transformers, etc.) to prevent the magnetic field from affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
2. It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, avoiding direct sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should be between -20 and+60 ℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 85%.
3. There should be ample space around the flowmeter for easy installation and maintenance.
Installation recommendations
The measurement principle of electromagnetic flowmeter does not depend on the characteristics of flow rate. If there is a certain amount of turbulence and vortex generated in the non measurement area of the pipeline (such as bends, tangential flow restrictions, or partially open shut-off valves upstream), it is irrelevant to the measurement. If there is a steady-state eddy current in the measurement area, it will affect the stability and accuracy of the measurement. In this case, some measures should be taken to stabilize the flow velocity distribution:
a. Increase the length of the front and rear straight pipe sections;
b. Adopting a traffic stabilizer;
c. Reduce the cross-section of measurement points.
Horizontal and vertical installation
Sensors can be installed horizontally and vertically, but it should be ensured to avoid the influence of sediment and bubbles on the measuring electrode, and the electrode axis should be kept horizontal. When installed vertically, the fluid should flow from bottom to top.
