      Steam LUGB-65 Vortex Flow Meter

      This product is widely used for measuring fluids in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, power generation, and water conservancy. The flowmeter has no movable parts, strong reliability, high accuracy, and long service life. It can accurately measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of fluids over a wide flow range.

      2、 Installation method:

      1. The installation position should be selected as much as possible in a location without pipeline vibration or with low vibration, and the vibration acceleration should not exceed 2g. If the vibration is large, vibration reduction measures need to be taken;

      2. There must be sufficient straight pipe sections upstream and downstream of the sensor;

      3. The maintenance valve is installed upstream of the sensor, and the flow control valve is installed downstream of the sensor;

      4. Try to choose a location that is easy to install and maintain;

      5. Choose a location with a dry environment;

      6. Sensors can be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines. But when installed on a vertical pipeline, the medium must flow from bottom to top.

      7. Sensors should be installed indoors as much as possible. When installed outdoors, attention should be paid to waterproofing, and cables outside the amplifier should be bent into a U-shape;

      8. Sensors should be kept away from electrical noise, such as high-power frequency converters, high-power transformers, motors, and high-power wireless transceivers.
