1、 Overview:
The FH-LUGB series vortex flowmeter is a new type of flow meter that adopts a new generation of flow sensors and has many advantages that cannot be achieved by other flowmeters. 4、 Selection:
① When the measured medium is a compressible fluid and the temperature and pressure changes of the medium on site are significant, it is recommended to use a vortex street sensor with pulse signal remote transmission and a flow integrator with temperature and pressure compensation. Pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, or Pt100 need to be purchased separately by the user.
② The flowmeter is installed indoors in a better environment without the need for remote signal transmission. It only needs to read the flow value on site, and the installation location of the flowmeter is convenient for operation and data reading. It is recommended that users choose a battery powered on-site direct reading vortex flowmeter. However, if the flowmeter is installed outdoors and exposed to the atmosphere, a battery powered on-site direct reading vortex flowmeter is generally not selected.
③ When the installation environment of the flowmeter is poor or the installation location is not convenient for on-site reading of flow values or centralized management, it is recommended to use sensors that output pulse signals and are equipped with flow integrators, or vortex street transmitters with 4-20mA standard current output.
④ When on-site flow observation and remote signal transmission are required, it is recommended to use a vortex street transmitter with on-site direct reading and 4-20mA output.
⑤ When on-site reading is not required and only standard signals are transmitted remotely, it is recommended to use a vortex street transmitter with a 4-20mA standard current output.
