This product is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, as well as in fields such as environmental protection, municipal management, and water conservancy construction to measure high temperature, high humidity, and environments that are difficult to observe.
1、 Technical parameters:
1. Provide display interfaces in both Chinese and English;
2. It can directly display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, percentage flow rate, and flow velocity in both forward and reverse directions according to the engineering unit;
3. There are 6 types of flow units to choose from (L/m, L/h, m3/m, m3/h, GPM, GPH);
4. 4~20mADC load 0~750, scale flow rate (upper limit of range) can be set arbitrarily;

2、 Characteristics:
The measurement channel of an electromagnetic flowmeter is a smooth straight pipe with unobstructed flow detection components, which is suitable for measuring liquid-solid two-phase fluids containing solid particles or fibers, such as pulp, coal water slurry, slurry, mud, and sewage, as it is not easily blocked.
Electromagnetic flow meters do not generate pressure loss due to the detection of flow rate, and the resistance of the instrument is only the resistance along the same length of pipeline. The energy-saving effect is significant, and it is suitable for large diameter water supply pipelines that require low resistance loss.
The volumetric flow rate measured by an electromagnetic flowmeter is actually not significantly affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity (as long as they are above a certain threshold).
Compared with most other flow meters, the requirements for the front straight pipe section are lower.
3、 Installation and debugging:
1. Check if the working power supply voltage is correct according to the work area;
2. Whether the sensor grounding is reliable or damaged;
3. Whether the medium is filled with the sensor and whether there are bubbles in the medium;
4. Is the reading correct and is the measured value within the measurement range;
5. Is the terminal wiring loose;
6. Is the flow sensor soaked in water;
7. Are there any small animals crawling into the converter box causing cable short circuit faults;
8. The inquiry cycle depends on the installation environment conditions.
