DN250 LCD display electromagnetic flowmeter
The main components of this product are: measuring tube, electrode, excitation coil, iron core, and magnetic yoke housing. It is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids and slurries in closed pipelines. The sensor is installed on the measuring pipeline, and the converter can be installed within 30 meters or 100 meters of the sensor, connected by a shielded cable.
1、 Technical parameters:
1. Provide display interfaces in both Chinese and English;
2. It can directly display the instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, percentage flow rate, and flow velocity in both forward and reverse directions according to the engineering unit;

3、 Selection and installation:
As an industrial flow meter, when designing for users, please carefully check the measured medium and process parameters to ensure correct selection:
1. Determination of applicable traffic range. The selection of instrument diameter is determined based on the flow range. For electromagnetic flow meters, they are generally selected in situations where the flow signal is strong and the instrument can work stably for a long time. We suggest that you choose your instrument caliber based on the flow rate flow comparison table (see table below) and refer to the actual operating conditions. We recommend a flow rate range of 1-3m/s, which is beneficial for the instrument to be in a suitable state.
2. Selection of lining and electrodes. In addition to determining the diameter and flow range, electromagnetic flowmeters also need to choose relevant conditions such as sensor lining and matching electrodes to improve their economic applicability. The design unit can choose different linings, electrodes, etc. according to the different media of different users
3. Pressure and usage situation. In addition to determining the above conditions, the electromagnetic flowmeter should also improve the selection of operating pressure, installation form, shell protection level, explosion-proof requirements, output configuration, and other usage conditions and conditions. The integrated type is suitable for indoor environments with good performance, while the split type is suitable for situations where the sensor is used in harsh environments, with large pipeline vibrations and high temperature of the measured medium.
