DN100 anti-corrosion electromagnetic flowmeter
This product adopts modern analog signal conversion technology and high-performance ultra large scale integrated chips to isolate, filter, amplify, and digitally process signals, accurately display measurement results, and has measurement value power-off protection and air traffic control alarm functions. The flow direction of the fluid can be set, so the installation of the sensor is not limited by the direction of liquid flow and can achieve bidirectional flow measurement.
1、 Characteristics:
The measurement of flow rate is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity. The sensor induced voltage signal is linearly related to the average flow rate, resulting in high measurement accuracy (0.3-0.5%).
There is no obstruction in the measuring pipeline, so there is no additional pressure loss, which has significant energy-saving significance.
There are no movable parts inside the measuring pipeline, so the sensor has a long lifespan.
The straight pipe section required for the sensor is relatively short, making it easy to install.
Reasonable selection of electrode and lining materials can resist corrosion and wear.

3、 Installation:
⑴ Try to avoid ferromagnetic objects, high radio frequency, strong vibration interference sources, and equipment with strong electromagnetic fields (such as high-power motors, large transformers, etc.) to avoid magnetic fields affecting the working magnetic field and flow signal of the sensor.
⑵ It should be installed in a dry and ventilated place as much as possible, and should not be installed in damp or water prone areas.
⑶ Avoid direct sunlight and rain as much as possible, and the ambient temperature should be between -20 and 60 ℃ with a relative humidity of less than 95%.
⑷ Choose a place that is easy to maintain and has convenient activities.
The flowmeter should be installed at the rear end of the water pump and must not be installed on the suction side; The valve should be installed on the downstream side of the flow.
