      DN100 intelligent gas turbine flowmeter

      This product has the characteristics of low pressure loss, high accuracy, low starting flow rate, good anti vibration and anti pulsating flow performance, and wide range ratio. This series of flow meters considers the compressibility of gases, and the volume is closely related to the temperature and pressure of the medium. Therefore, temperature and pressure sensors are added to track the temperature and pressure changes of the medium, directly converting the operating flow rate into the standard flow rate, ensuring the accuracy of measurement.

      2、 Characteristics

      3. Installation

      1. Before putting the gas turbine flowmeter into operation, the instrument coefficient should be set and carefully checked to ensure that the flowmeter wiring is correct and well grounded before power can be transmitted.

      2. Keep the filter unobstructed. The filter is blocked by impurities, which can be judged by the increase in the difference in pressure gauge readings at its inlet and outlet. If blockage occurs, it should be eliminated in a timely manner. Otherwise, it will seriously reduce the flow rate.

      3. For high flow trade settlement measurement, in order to ensure the accuracy of the flowmeter, it must be regularly calibrated. Online verification equipment or mobile verification devices should be equipped on site. Although the one-time investment is relatively large, it is worth considering the long-term economic benefits.

      4. Regular cleaning, inspection, and calibration are required. Flow meters with lubricating oil or cleaning solution injection ports should be regularly filled with lubricating oil or cleaning solution according to the instructions to maintain the good operation of the impeller.
